1. Last Date for receipt of Nomination Papers :
Tuesday, the 4th September, 2012 till 3.00 p.m.
2. Scrutiny of Nomination Papers :
Tuesday, the 4th September, 2012 till 3.15 p.m.
3. Publication of list of duly Nominated :
Tuesday, the 4th September, 2012 till 5.00 p.m.
4. Last date for Withdrawal of Nominations :
Thursday, the 6th September, 2012 till12.00 noon
5. Publication of final list of candidates :
Thursday, the 6th September, 2012 at 5.00 p.m.
6. Date of Election :
Friday, the 14th September, 2012
7. Timing of Voting :
8.30 a.m. to 12.30 noon.
8. Counting of Votes :
Friday, the 14th September, 2012 at 1.30 p.m.
NOTE:
1. The Prescribed nomination papers for the office bearers of Ramjas College Students’ Union and Members of the Central Council are to be put in the sealed Box kept in the College Office from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days.
2. Every candidate is required to furnish an affidavit, along with the nomination papers.
3. Nomination Papers are available in the College Office on all working days.
